National Health Focus, Inc. (NHF) is a professional recruitment/placement agency which focuses exclusively on career positions in hospital pharmacy.
Formed in 2000, the Arizona-based company offers solutions for hospital Human Resources departments challenged with finding qualified pharmacy professionals in a tight market.
Principals David Berger and Julie Berger have nearly 30 years combined experience in hospital-based health care. David received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has worked in hospital pharmacy since 1986. Julie received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Nebraska and worked for nine years in hospital cardiology departments.
After Julie worked with another healthcare recruiting business, and David's own experience with recruiters, National Health Focus was founded on the ideal of setting a new standard for pharmacist recruitment. NHF believes in client-based service and responsible, ethical methods of bringing employers and candidates together.
NHF is paid only on contingency. There are no advance payments required to conduct a candidate search and the client's information about the position is handled with the utmost discretion.
NHF screens candidates carefully to make sure they are a "good fit" for the employer. A big consideration is that of finding talented pharmacists who truly enjoy their work and take pride in their profession.
